The HDVF-C30W is a 2.7" LCD, 16:9 aspect ratio HD Color Viewfinder for the HDC-950, HDC-F950, HDC-930, HDW-730, HDW-750 and HDW-F900 series cameras and camcorders. It provides the optimum visual information with a full-color and flicker-free TFT-LCD providing a resolution of 960 pixels horizontally x 540 pixels vertically for each R, G and B color component. It has a luminance level of 300 cd/m2 and 200:1 contrast ratio. A unique gray scale feature allows for easier exposure adjustment while a 2X magnification function improves critical focus adjustment. The viewfinder features a detachable eye-piece for direct viewing. It is lightweight and has low power consumption for battery-powered operation.
