"Fuchsha Salt Ramen" is an irrigation noodle using domestically produced wheat flour 100% and using Kosi in its own manufacturing method.
Fried oil uses 100% vegetable oil.
The soup finished with a flavor of the plant material and scallops, without using chemical seasonings and chicken, pork, beef extracts.
Salt which can also be said as the life of salt ramen, "Mediterranean solar salt" of the founding company which dried the Italian seawater for about half a year was dried.
The sun-dried salt that left the mineral of the sea intact, you can also feel the taste in mellow salted fish.
The soup finished using plant material as the center, while having a transparent feeling, there is richness and deepness that is inevitable in soup using animal raw material, and "sugar cane rough sugar" leaving the sugar cane flavor is used
I added flavor to the taste of soup.
Cooking method
1. When boiling water of approx. 500 ml (3 cups or less) sufficiently, put noodles and boil for about 3 minutes while loosening.
2. When the noodle boils up stop the fire, add the attached special soup, stir well.
3. You can eat more delicious if you add egg and baked pigs according to your preference.
