• Customers who missed their ferries will be charged at an additional $15 per pax for issuing of new boarding pass & a sur charge of $20 per pax for transportation
• INDEPENDENT TRAVELLER PTE LTD reserved the right to suggest alternate dates should the requested travel date is not available. (Rooms and ferry seats are also subject to availability)
• Ensure passport is valid for at least 7 months from the time of departure
• Strictly no replacement or extension is given to expired purchased vouchers
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts.

Ferry Timing:

• With Tour & Perks take Singapore to Batam is either 0830 or 0900 AM.
• Batam to Singapore is either 1400 or 1510 PM.
• (subject on whichever is available upon booking).

ITINERARY:

0700 hrs  Assemble at Habour Front Centre to collect boarding pass and check-in.

0830 hrs  Depart by high speed ferry to Batam.

(Batam Time)

0830 hrs  Upon arrive at Sekupang International Ferry Terminal. After immigration and custom clearance you will be greet by our friendly Desindo Tour's Tour Guide and escorted to awaiting air-conditioned bus and start One Day Batam City and Shopping Tour, en route you will be visit:
