Registered Mail - Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep
of the address issued. Tracking number is available.
In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman
will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection
at the nearest post office or you may also request one time
free redelivery from singpost.

 

We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail
by normal postage. We strongly recommend customers
to use Registered mail.

Refund / Exchange

Refund will be made if the purchased item is out of stock.

An exchange will be done only if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected*
Cutting issue is not considered as defected item.
Strictly for defected item only can exchange back the same design item.
