Tips

 

 

If you find that your Jot's performance has degraded, try cleaning the surface of the disc, and your tablet's screen. We recommend using a soft cloth and normal soap (or dishwashing cleaner), for the surface of your disc. Dry the surface well, with a soft cloth.

We always recommend you check your disc and screen for dirt and hard particles, as these can scratch both your disc and screen.
