Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) level scoop into 4-8 ounces of water, juice or milk. Stir rapidly. Stirring times depend on type and temperature of liquid. Take once or twice daily. For added effectiveness, take with a high potency probiotic such as Theralac.
