Press F1 to quick access to a 12 minutes interval consists of a 1 minute training time followed by a 30 second rest time. When training time and rest time end, buzzer will beeps at 3,2,1.
Press F2 to quick access to a 8 minutes interval consists of a 40 second training time followed by a 30 second rest time. When training time and rest time end, buzzer will beeps at 3,2,1.
Press F3 to Tabata interval: a 4 minutes interval consists of a 20 second training time followed by a 10 second rest time. When training time and rest time end, buzzer will beeps at 3,2,1.
Support regular clock with 12/24 hour display available, when display 12-hour time, it will shows H1 on the first two blue color character and will show H2 when the clock show 24-hour display(military time). Also it supports dn(countdown), up(countup) and stopwatch function.
IR remote control the same as shown on the main picture, with reboote(reset key on the top of the remote) feature, just one click will bring the clock to its orginal setting. Remote Control requires CR2025,3V cell battery(not included) to power up.
