WQUEENMALL is the authorized reseller for Dr young products in Singapore.

-    All parcels will be delivered by Singpost. For greater assurance, we encourage customers to opt for registered mail.
-    As we are unable to trace normal mail articles, we will not be able to refund customers in cases of non-delivery.  In most cases customers will receive a delivery slip to inform that the parcel is left at the nearest post office.  We’ll try our best to assist in such cases.
-    Delivery will take 2- 3 working days.
-    Damage from post is rare as we emphasize on good packaging.
-    Products are non refundable and exchangeable unless there is a manufacturer defect.
