1-2 times per week. Surely will see good results!

-Place Step1 for 10-15 mins after cleaning face. Remove slowly and remove any blackheads

-Wet the nose with water and place Step2 tightly.  Slowly remove the strip after 10-15 mins and the strip is  completely dry.

 Results after Step 2:

-Place Step3 on nose for 5-10 mins , the mineral essence could shrink pores and make the skin smooth  and tender. Give gentle tap to help absorption.
