Spicy Sun-Dried Radish

Sun-dried radish from Korea that has a great crunchy texture. Not a common Banchan served in restaurants but a family favourite.

Soy-Roasted or Chilli-Roasted Anchovies (Ikan Bilis)

                     

A taste of the Korean sea! These anchovies all the way from Korea are sun-dried, marinaded with either chilli or soy, and dry roasted to give a wonderful light crispy crunch.

Ingredients: Sun-dried anchovies imported from Korea, soy sauce or red chilli paste, syrup, rice wine, vegetable oil, sesame seeds, sesame oil, fresh green chilli pepper, spices. No MSG and no artificial preservatives.
