<br />Q: How do I know that the problem comes from the charger?

<br />A: Check the indicator light on the charger: it is supposed to be green when you first plug into the power source, after you connect the other side with the scooter, the indicator is supposed to get red, which means it is charging the scooter; when finished, the light will be green again. If yours does not work like this, most likely your charger has a problem.
