Directions
Brush and rinse using the TheraBreath Toothpaste and the TheraBreath Oral Rinse, being careful to follow all product directions. Gently clean your tongue once more with a tongue cleaner. Mix some AktivOxigen solution according to the directions on the bottle of AktivOxigen Serum. Gargle with this mixture for 10 to 20 seconds. Try to get the solution as far back in your mouth and throat as possible. Do not worry if you accidentally swallow a small amount of the AktivOxigen solution. This will actually coat your throat, neutralizing anaerobic bacteria on the way down. Never ingest undiluted, AktivOxigen Serum! Always dilute with water or fruit juice as directed. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 5 minutes. Blow your nose to clear any excess mucus from your nasal passages. Tilt your head back and gently squeeze 3-5 drops of TheraBreath PLUS Nasal-Sinus Drops into each nostril. Allow drops to slowly run through your sinuses and down your throat.
