The coins when pushed in sometimes register the wrong coin amount. ie: pennies and dimes. The actual product box was crushed. When I picked up my order site to store, the bank was in a cardboard box. I thought oh good then that box protected the box the bank is in. However, the cardboard box was opened by someone and the flaps were folded to keep the box shut. I thought that was odd so I opened it. To my surprise, there was no box inside. The bank was taken apart. The clerk thought I was crazy for questioning this condition. I refused to take the bank and I was issued a refund.
