If your delivery is normal mail and you have not received your item for more then 1 weeks to 2 weeks. Please find and seach below for your parcel. 


1a) If you have found your return parcel below, kindly make the payment double check the address if not correct amend/edit before confirm your order.


1b) If your address is correct highly recommended if you can changes your delivery Office/Factory/School delivery to your residential address or use Qxpress delivery which come with Tracking number.

2) If you did not find any of your parcel. Please check back again after a few days later or contact us thru Qtalk or Email.
