As for bigger items it may delay up to 2 weeks or more. Normally for bigger items that are not able to enter the mail box, the postman will deliver to your door step directly. In the event if there is no one at home, delivery advice will be slipped underneath your house door to notify you for self collection at the closest post office within 10 working days. Any unclaimed parcels after the stipulated time will be returned to seller. Thus, for bigger items that are not able to enter the mail box and no one is at home during office hours, it is advisable that customers use Qxpress courier service to ensure guaranteed receipt in 2-3 working days to reduce risk of delayed or lost mail using local mail. Seller will not be responsible for any delayed or lost mail when a normal mail is used. However, seller will send replacement for non-receipt mail if courier used.
