Please read the following terms carefully prior to using our website. Use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms.

We are committed to making your shopping experience with us, fuss-free and enjoyable.

Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes. Our lashes are handcrafted, therefore, it will not be 99% identical unlike synthetics.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. However changes will not affect orders that have been accepted.

All prices listed on the website are in Singapore Dollars.

All orders are final upon payment.

Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days - Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays and upon receipt of payment.

SingPost Local Registered Mail

If you wish to opt for registered postage, there will be an additional flat rate of SGD2.24. Your parcels should reach you in 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon despatch.

Your tracking number will be sent to you within once your parcel has been despatched. The delivery progress is available 24 hours after despatch at www.singpost.com.

Exchange or Return Policy (if applicable)

Trinz always gives the strictest inspection before shipping our items.

You can return an item only if there is a manufacturing defect or you have received an incorrect item(s). Kindly email us at trinzbeautify@gmail.com for assistance within a maximum of 5 days upon receipt.

Customers will bear the costs of returning the item(s) to Trinz. Upon verification of defect or error, item(s) will be replaced accordingly and sent via local mail.

However, we will not accept lashes which show signs of usage.

Account Information

In the event that Trinz makes a change to or cancels an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.
