As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 serving (3 scoops) mixed with 8 ox. of water in the morning each day, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Ingredients may settle. Shake container prior to scooping. Best if taken on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 3 scoops per day. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. This product should not be taken in combination with other products containing caffeine or other stimulants. Please read the entire label before use.

Milk. This product was produced in a facility that may also process ingredients containing milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans.
