Warranty Information
Warranty is provided directly by Tecno Singapore for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase or date of delivery, whichever is later.

You need to retain the warranty card as well as the delivery order documents which will be provided to you upon successful delivery by Tecno Singapore.

Installation Information
Replacement Installation: $50

Replacement Installation refers to the following:
1. A qualified contractor from Tecno Singapore will perform the replacement installation.
2. Contractor will remove old hood and install new hood of the same cut out size.
3. For your convience, the image of the cut out size for this model is provided above.
4. The new hood will NOT come with a power plug. It will be loose wires.
5. Contractor will connect the new hood to your existing power supply of the new hood.
6. In the event that the power supply at your home is faulty, you may negotiate with the contractor on your own private means to rectify the fault.
7. Installation fees once paid, are non refundable. As such, kindlly ensure that the power supply of your current hood is working and that the cut out size is the same.
