Sometimes there might be some color variation between the product picture displayed from your computer monitor and the actual products due to the lighting, camera effect and your monitor screen color and lighting. Please check and confirm your choices of item before order.

Due to the item is bulky and fragile. We encourage customer to self collect from us at IMM or alternatively, the item could also be delivered by courier service (with one time charges $4.90).

All these are Do-It-Yourself kit, i.e. this cottage needs you to build it by yourself. All the packages will come with original materials. It usually takes 3 hours to 2 days to finish this project.

The Hut looks like a miniature version of the real house, as the cabinets are made of wood; curtains are made of fabric and books are made with paper.
