He was so upset and of course they were a black Friday item, so can't be exchange. The company wants me to send the product back at my cost, but it is huge and wouldn't be worth it. Sad, sad little boy at my house...Wish the company took better care of the costumer. I can hear the motor hum a little when using the remote, but that is it. To bad they don't stand by the product and replace it without costing me a bunch a money. My son and myself were so disappointed. And I couldn't find the receipt so I was unable to return it to the store so we're stuck with something that he can't even play with. Well, it can't. It's a parking lot driving kind of RC car.
