So nice and plush and soft. Only problem was, when I tried to open the package it was already open and the top part of the rug was stuck to the sticky stuff that glued the top over to close it. It tore off some of the rug and I had to cut some of the material-- was not very happy about the way they packaged it, same with the contour rug.
