We provide shipping internationally. 

                          

All product is shipped using SingPost Airmail. 

We will email you when item is shipped for overseas customers.

Shippment will  be made within 10 working days (1-2 weeks) after receiving the cleared payment and your confirmation mail.

Overseas postage will usually take about 7 to 30 days (1-4 weeks) to reach your country, after shippment.

Singapore postage wll usually take about 2 to 9 days (1-2 weeks) to reach your house, after shippment.

In any cases of damage items received and wish for exchange, we will ship a new one to you only after you shipped the damaged product within 5 days after you have received your item. Please also email us to inform us about the exchange and send us a picture of your shipping reference receipt for confirmation. However, you will have to pay for your own shipping fees in return. We only allow customers to exchange for a new one for damaged goods ONLY. Exchange of damaged goods does not include the exchange of models, colours, but only for the exact same item you have purchased., unless it is out of stock. In any cases,  when the item is out of stock, the amount will be refunded to you or you may choose a new product at the same price. (Refunds do not include the shipping fees)

1. We will ONLY ship the items after you have received a confirmation email from us. 

2. You are NOT allowed to back out after you have send us the email. You will be blacklisted if you do so. 

3. You are NOT allowed to change your order after purchase.
