Dear customers, please take note before placing order: 

1. All items are officilly licensed by Disney Korea and 100% authentic original shoes made in Korea.

2. If you remove the Disney authentic tag from the shoes, the return & exchange is not acceptable

3. All intems will be shipped out from Korea and it will take around  5 to 7 working days* to deliver items to you.

 *Except public holidays, bad weather, events and other accidents. 

4. Shoes will be packed securely with air cap duble wrapping without shoe box to reduce shipping fee.
