Suggested Use

Recipe Honey Nut Quinoa Flake Granola

Yields: Approx. 8 c

  • 6 Tbsp. unrefined virgin coconut oil melted
  • c. honey
  • 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. natural almond butter stirred well
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • -1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 2 c. Ancient Harvest quinoa flakes
  • 1 c. chopped raw nuts
  • c unsweetened finely shredded coconut
  • c. raw pepita seeds (optional)

Preheat oven to 300 F

In a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stir wet ingredients cinnamon and salt in a large bowl until fully combined.

Stir in all dry ingredients until fully combined.

Stir in all dry ingredients until fully combined.

Pour onto the pan and spread in an even layer.

Bake 18-24 minutes until light golden brown stirring gently after 10 minutes. (For larger clusters do not stir).

Remove and allow granola to fully cool. It will crisp once cool.

Gently break and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
