Ring USM (Ultrasonic motor) uses ultrasonic frequency vibrations to drive responsive, near-silent high speed auto focus. Good holding torque stops the focusing lens group with precision without overshoot. Full time manual focus override is available without having to switch out of AF. Two UD (ultra-low dispersion) glass lens element correct chromatic aberration to achieve high resolution and contrast, without color fringing on subject outlines. Two AL aspherical lens elements suppress aberrations for high image quality at all focal lengths. Equipped with a fixed, petal-type hood and a gelatin filter holder at the rear. Only lead free glass is used in the lens construction.

Measuring 3.7 inches in length and weighing in at under 23 ounces, this ultra-wide angle L-series prime lens is well corrected for rectilinear distortion, provides a 114-degree diagonal angle of view, and delivers high-speed autofocus with higher image quality overall including superior peripheral image quality, compared to its predecessor, the stalwart EF 14mm f2.8L USM lens.

2)、For a faulty or defective product found within 7 days of receiving, buyer can request a refund or exchange, we will pay for the return shipping cost.
