Children's Half Petticoat in white. This girls petticoat comes in sizes XS thru XXL. The top part is polyester, the the next two layers are double layers of tulle. Under the tulle is a nylon underskirt to avoid the scratchy feel of the tulle. Small is 19" long, medium is 21" long, large is 27", XL and XXL is 28" long. The waist is a draw string for easy fit.
