Directions
You will need: 1 stick of butter, softened 1 Large Egg* 1-2 tablespoons of water
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Cream the butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, scraping bowl occasionally.
Add mix, egg and water to bowl and blend until combined.
Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet using a rounded tablespoon (or roll dough into 24 balls), Space 2 inches apart.
Bake for 11-13 minutes until slightly golden around the edges.
Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Makes 24 cookies. *Dairy and eggs can be substituted with appropriate replacers according to your dietary needs.Free OfGluten
