2. Fixate on to toilets or other blocked drain

Q: I can hear gas being released when I insert the Co2 Cylinder and twisting it shut. Is the cylinder faulty?

A: Once you insert the Co2 Cylinder into Mr. Pung, it creates a hole in the cylinder. Gas will be released and this is normal. When it occurs, immediately use Mr. Pung after closing the lid. If you close the lid without pressing the button, it will release all the Co2 gas so please press the button to use.

Q: My toilet has been clogged from a cosmetic lid. Can it be removed with Mr. Pung?

A: Mr. Pung has been specially designed to effectively pierce blockage in the toilet. However solid objects (such as lids, Razor, tooth brush etc.) may not be removed. Depending on the shape of your toilet and the jammed object results will vary.

Q: What is the difference between Mr. Pung mini and Mr. Pung? per say in strength of the pressure?

A: Both Mr. Pung and Mr. Pung mini uses the same Co2 Cylinder. It will release pressure in same strength.

A: The Co2 used in the cylinder is identical to carbon found in sodas or other foods. It will expire within 5 years prior to manufactured date. Please store in dry, cool area and avoid sunlight or heat.
