I ordered a "28-oz" bottle, but the measurements only go up to 20 oz. Did I get the wrong bottle?
The total cup volume is measured to the brim of each cup (i.e. take the lid off and fill the cup until it reaches the top). The ounce and milliliter markings do not go up to the very brim for aesthetic reasons.
How do I clean my BlenderBottle brand product?
You may wash your BlenderBottle brand products by hand with soap and warm water or in the dishwasher.
What can I do if my BlenderBottle shaker cup smells?
Certain protein and nutrition shakes can leave a less-than-desirable smell in a bottle if not cleaned out promptly. If your bottle has retained some odor, try one of the following:
Roll a piece of charcoal briquette up in newspaper, place it in the BlenderBottle®, and screw on the lid. After a few days, remove the briquette and the newspaper and wash your BlenderBottle® with soap and water.
Add some white vinegar and baking soda to the bottle and scrub. Do not close the flip cap.
