Needed to loose weight but didn't want to go on a strict diet so I chose a meal replacement drink for breakfast and dinner with a healthy balanced lunch. I was skeptical about a drink to curb my appetite as mine is quite large. I did research on good ones with low carbs and decent protein. CalNaturale made the list so I purchased this one and an EAS branded one which was milk based. While they are both very good in taste and texture, I felt hungry almost immediately following the EAS brand. CalNaturale on the other hand curbed my appetite until lunch time as well as all evening which is my toughest time with the family and cooking large meals. I am sticking with CalNaturale for the time being but plan to reduce to only an evening shake when my appetite is more balanced. I am still trying a different one here and there to make sure my body doesn't get used to it. Oh but watch out for the constant bathroom breaks! Not sure if it it what everyone else gets or just my stomach getting used to soy. Looking for a supplement non powder easy to take anywhwhere. Searched living in Miami saw this item available Walmart. Like The Banana flavor also. It helped me as a filler on the go instead of sweets. Took on cruise to add in coffee. Sometimes at night may drink b4 bed. It has made my stomach calmer and depressed appetite. Hard to find .
