How to use
1. Brush your teeth removing all debris, preparing your teeth clean.
2. Remove all moisture from the teeth and place the sterile gauze under your tongue.
3. Apply half amount of the 7 Days Miracle Whitening Gel on surface of the teeth.
(Avoid the gel from touching the gum.)
4. Wear the Tooth Silicon Tray and let it fit perfectly on teeth.
5. Wait 20 minutes.
6. Gargle with water to rinse off the Whitening Gel.
