[DOCUMENT FOR BEAKER]의 SIGNATURE HAND MADE ROBE COAT 입니다. 손으로 직접 한땀 한땀 라벨까지 전체 봉제 과정을 핸드 메이드 방식으로 제작된 제품입니다. 사람의 손으로 바느질하는 것이기에, 하루에 나오는 물량이 한정되어 있으며, 핸드 메이드로 착장시 느껴지는 부분인 소매안감외에 기타 부자재 사용이 없기 때문에 상당히 가볍습니다.기존 도큐먼트의 로브 코트를 비이커만의 디자인으로 제작된 익스클루시브 디자인의 코트이며, 긴 기장감과 벨트를 안에서 바깥으로 하는 방식을 사용할 수 있어서 흐트러지지 않는 실루엣을 유지합니다. 부드러운 어깨선은 도큐먼트 코트 만의 큰 특징이며, 착장시 실루엣이 상당히 매력적인 코트입니다. 세탁은 드라이 크리닝이 필요합니다.

Must wrap buttons and accessories with aluminum foil when dry cleaning. 4. In the case where fur is attached, it must be separated to dry-clean. 5. Promptly wash the product as discolorations and bleaching effects may take place from being wet or sweated on. 6. Lining fabrics should be ironed at low temperature (80~120℃) with a cloth over it. 7. Quality Assurance Standards	1. Compensation will be made for justifiable damages in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Standards notified by the government. - For laundry anomalies from defects within fabrics, trims, seaming, indefinite sizes, unaccountable labeling (no or lack of labeling), and inadequate fabric composition: Free repairs, exchange and full price refund will be made within 1 year from the date of purchase. However, for seaming defects, free repairs will be made even after 1 year past the warranty period. - For unfit sizes and dissatisfying design or color: Exchange for the equivalent product at the same price, when with no product defect or damages, can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Defects on one piece of product that comes in a top & bottom set will be considered a pair with defects. However, only equivalent exchanges can be made in case different fabrics and design were used between the top and bottom. 2. The company will not be responsible for compensation on damages caused by the customer’s mishandlings, deformations by laundry mistakes, and products past the warranty period (1 year). Repairable products will be repaired at a fee.

Ship in 3 days from the day after payment is completed (Operating based on Seoul/GMT+9, excluding weekends and holidays)

Average International shipping time is up to 7-15 days (Based on Korea business days).
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Additional delivery time will be estimated up to 5-7 days for KUHO brand due to the reason that a small quantity is made for all items.

Precautions of Return

Requesting your return is only available when your order is preparing status.
Requesting your return is only available through 1:1 inquiry if your order is in transit.
Exchange is not available for international shipping items.
Please note that return request must be made within 15 days from the date your item is delivered.
