The Polyethylene Cutting Boards are non-absorbent and will not harbor food-borne bacteria. The non-skid surface will not dull knives, chip, crack, peel or warp. The medium-density polyethylene is dishwasher safe and contamination can be further reduced by using the Alegacy matching color coded knives & cleaning brushes.
