These bulbs are designed to work between 9 and 16 volts to make sure it can handle the voltage spikes found on modern vehicles.

• Purchase a item signifies your agreement to these terms.

• Shipment will only be made after receiving CLEARED FULL payment. Items are despatched Monday to Friday.
• We typically reply to emails within 24 hours. 
• All sales are final.
• All items come with 90 Days limited warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description. If you items arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival) or is defective (NOT due to misuse), you must contact us within 7 days.
• We will arrange exchange/repair/return for the product. Please note that buyers are required to return the item at his/her own expense. In the case of returns, shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE in any cases.

Shipping

• Item will be dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of full payment.
• You should get your items within 2-7 days, and from our past experiences, it may go up to 12 days for far and remote areas. In order to ensure quick and speedy delivery, all our items will be shipped from our warehouse in Singapore (unless otherwise stated).
• Depending on your location, the delivery time will be around 1 – 6 business days in Singapore. This delivery time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. And sometimes take a little longer, due to weekends and public holidays or other reasons, please allow sufficient time for delivery.
• We offer Express services for certain items, please check the "Shipping and Payments" section on the listing for details.
• We offer combined shipping for selected items as shown on Postage and handling section. The full shipping/handling price will be charged for the item with the highest shipping charge.

Return & Warranty

• We accept item returns if item is not as described in the listing or product is covered by warranty
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items if item is not as described or DOA.
• Please email us first to issue returns authorisation.
• Returned items must be in acceptable condition and without physical damage, except damaged in transit.
• The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be issued.
• Returned item will be replaced or repaired. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks. We will replace or repair the item depending on product availability.
• If the replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.
• If a non-defective item is returned for refund, item must be returned in its original condition and packing.
