Delicious Tofu! Soy Milk! Noodle in Soy Soup!

The soy milk and tofu maker are not only full of nutrients, but also very tasty. The ingredients made from the tofu can make different type of dishes. One of the dishes that can be made is noodles with soy soup, great dish specially during summer season.  Not only can it make soymilk, but also it can make fresh organic tofu.

 

 

  

Simple Operation (One Touch Reserve Function)

Conventionally beans had to be steeped for 7 to 8 hours, but without soaking beans in the water tofu can now be made in just 30 minutes with 1 button push.   

Soy Milk is made first in 30 mins, then if you prefer Tofu. It is made in 5 more mins. Just by adding the preparation mix and letting it blend and drained. Any left over batter can be used to make the Cold Noodle Soup.

 

 

  

Safe in Use

- Water Sensor: Checks the operation without water.
- Assembly Condition Sensor: Checks the operation when the assembly is incomplete.

The following instructions are for making about 350~400g of tofu.

 

Material

1. Soybean – 2cups(280~290g)

2. Water – 2,700 cc

3. COAGULATOR(Bean Curd)

 

Noodles bean in soy soup

1. Pour the water 2,700cc and put 2 cups of soybean into the slot.

2. Connect the source of Power cord.

3. Press button

 

 Soy milk & bean-curd dregs

4. Put the bean-curd bottle on the water botlle

5. Pour the soy soup into the bean-curd bottle.

6. Stir it with a scoop

 

Soft tofu

7. Sprinkle one bag salt  into soybean.

8. Stir it 2-3 time with a scoop.

 

Tofu

 9. Put wet tofu fabric in the tofu frame and pour the soft tofu

10. Put the the push- plate into the tofu frame and push slowly

11. Empty the resulting block of tofu into a tub of cold water and allow it to sit for

    another hour, then store the tofu in the refrigerator and change the soaking water daily.
