"Teleplus" is a convenient teleconversion lens (rear conversion lens) that can extend the focal length simply by installing it between the camera body and the taking lens.
A generic type "Teleplus DG" that can handle from ultra wide angle with a 50 mm lens as a reference design emerges as a "DGX" type that matches the aperture display at the time of shooting to the actual display.
When shooting with a digital camera, the Exif information written to the shooting data is converted to the actual focal length and aperture value.
