There is just enough heft to feel substantial, but isn''t too heavy to manage
Eggs, onions, sauces, all cook great and easy clean up. Also love the rubber grip
The thick aluminum bottom spreads the heat well, while the insulated handle stays cool
Tip: never leave any non-stick cookware on a lit or hot burner with nothing in the pan for anything over 45 seconds to a full minute unless the burner is set to the lowest setting and even then it''s not a good practice because you can easily warp your cookware or actually damage the non-stick coating
