(tube in the neck for breathing) Regular t-shirts rub, or cover, the tube and irritate. We've been getting the ComfortSoft v-necks, but these are of a thinner weight, and so much cooler! I found black ones at WalMart. The ComfortSoft, I can find packages with black, red, and navy. Please make them in more colors! We have been telling other trach patients at the Syracuse VA about both styles, and they are enthused that someone has the v-neck!
