*We have received 2 negative feedback coupled with pictures on our Premium Review. Despite having received many Good reviews over 3 mths, things did not turn right for us as of late. FRAGILE chop and PLS DO NOT PRESS have been indicated on the envelope sleeve but yet again item received are somehow bend. We have improvised the use of hard paperboard as Core (hub) to prevent this but it still happened for the 2nd time. 
We URGE potential buyers to SELECT Qxpress for delivery as we believe SingPost has somehow mishandled the packages, we do not blame them as they manage thousands of mail daily. 

As for negative review, as always, we encourage buyer to exercise calm and contact us first, there's always a solution to a problem. Anyway, damage is done and we're not detered by that as we believe in our product supplied.
It is puzzling that the earlier deliveries are all okay without hiccups like this. Hence, for potential buyer(s), kindly select your choice of delivery with care, any issues, contact us first.

Do take note that before installing this Tapes, please wash your vehicle thorougly and dry it totally before applying. Tape should be pasted on FLAT and EVEN surface to achieve a solid stick. Any residual of wax deposit on surface may cause the tape not to stick well, especially on the corner area.
