What is Fucoidan???
- Fucoidan is a special seaweed-polysaccharide contained only in the brown algae such as kelp and nemacystus decipiens, and is a material which sulfuric acid and uronic acid were tied together chemically with "fucose” as main constructing sugar. In addition Fucoidan is not only dietary fiber but also calcium itself, so that you can take calcium easily from Fucoidan.

About Okinawan Mozuku
- Okinawan mozuku contains more fucoidan than other seaweeds do.Besides, Okinawan Mozuku consists of fucose and sulfation fucose but it doesn’t contain most of other sugars. Okinawan Mozuku is said that it contains approximately 5 times Fucoidan as kelp does. It is very difficult to purify Fucoidan from kelp since alginic acid which makes slipperily texture of the ingredient gets mixed. However, Okinawan Mozuku can solve that problem.
