It can support both SATA or SAS (primary port only) HDD/SSD with thickness limit from 9.5~15mm.
The rear panel is designed with open-thru air holes, for better air ventilation, and it will helps the device to dissipate the heat & to cool the HDD effectively, avoiding overheating of HDD.
