Shipment and handling

There is always a risk of delay or lost mails send out by normal mail. I will not liable for any delays or loss of items by normal mail. Thus, registered mail is recommended.

Return and refund policy

I will not be responsible for any damage that might be occurred during the singpost delivery. All items are inspected before delivery to you.

All sales are final after order confirmation. Return request will not be entertained except in the case of wrong item sent.  

Please return wrong item within 7 days in its original packaging.

Collection

Self collection is possible however only at Jurong West Ave 5 and Boon Lay Dr at certain timing only.
