On Saturday, the toy was nothing special. On Sunday (when they watched the movie) they were really excited to see the character in the movie. They came back home and played a lot more with it. The character in the movie does not have much of a role to play. Nothing memorable. In my case the kids were introduced to the toy first and then watched the movie. I doubt they would have picked the toy if they had seen the movie first. They would probably want another leading character as a toy. What I do like about this character is the long neck. It is quite ergonomic for a 3-4 year old's hands. The toy feels soft and the shape allows it to be propped up against different things. I was drawn to the vibrant colors and his goofy grin. He just seemed like a happy guy that made me smile. He has a giraffe-like neck, 4 blue legs, a toothy grin, and a jaunty green hat. His whole body is plush and just made for cuddling. The quality seems pretty good, but time will tell if his neck starts to bend over. It's a great buy for a kid's stuffed animal collection.
