They various blends in this create a long lasting protein for absorption. This protein mixes extremely easily in water and the vanilla is very tasty. Really tastes like vanilla ice cream. There is no BS in it, low sugar and carb counts plus a crazy amount of protein for one scoop.This stuff keeps me feeling fuller than any other I have used and it blends super easy. I will be reaching out to you directly.May 16, 2017 John TStaff Best. Protein. Ever.Best protein I ever tasted. It's easy to mix in a shaker and I can mix it with just water. It has a great taste and consistency. Also, it's not as harsh to the stomach as other proteins (I usually get acid reflux from protein shakes). It gives a great amount of protein per scoop and I can feel the difference at the gym when I take it. I take a scoop pre workout and one scoop after.
