It gives decent support, keeps the girls in place, not like a push up bra, but enough to be comfortable. It's comfy on the shoulders and does not hurt or cut in. When I got these, I took off my regular bra and put a bandini on and it felt like heaven. These are so comfortable ! no pinching, pulling or squeezing. I even sleep in it. I only wish they came in more color choices, then black and tan. Also says on the tag A, B and C.. but I am definitely bigger than that and almost 40, so they need support...and the medium fits perfect. Had to order online since our stores were sold out. Very comfortable and not bad support either. The picture doesn't show it but there are 2 straps which you can wear up or just leave them down. And they are the racerback style but are thin and comfortable. I like to wear men's undershirts (tanks) and they work out perfect for that.
