Covidien brings you Dermacea® Economy Style Gauze, a cost-efficient line of medical gauze that can handle your wound-dressing needs. Traditionally used in closed wound treatment, the cotton fabric of this gauze prevents dirt and other bacteria from coming into contact with cuts and abrasions and causing infections. Its woven design enables air to pass through and circulate around bruised and torn skin, allowing improved healing and a shorter recovery period. Dermacea® Economy Style Gauze may also be used for general cleanups, minor preparations, and the similar procedures. Already pre-cut into 200 individual square pieces per pack, these gauze pads are easy to apply. If you need to use them as a dressing, a bit of medical tape will keep the gauze in place. Each pack of gauze also comes in varying thicknesses and sizes, suitable for whatever your needs may be.
