Buttercream recipe
100gm butter
150gm icing sugar
1 tbsp hot water
Method
1) put the butter in a mixing bowl !#!amp!*! beat with mixer to soften.
2) add in icing sugar !#!amp!*! beat until smooth !#!amp!*! creamy.
3) add hot water !#!amp!*! beat again until very soft !#!amp!*! fluffy.
Flavours
Lemon - use 2 tbsp lemon juice instead of water. Add finely grated lemon skin.
