Rose Water or Rose Hydrolat/Hydrosol has been used for therapeutic beauty rituals since ancient times. It has an exquisite fragrance which is renowned for its relaxing, calming, uplifting effects.

Rose Water has a toning, nourishing, hydrating and soothing effect on the skin and can help to stimulate the skin’s regeneration process. Rose Hydrolat is a 100% natural skincare ingredient that is free of alcohol, colours and preservatives. Hydrolats are pasteurised during the bottling process which results in a completely ‘sterile/bacteria free’ product until the point of opening. After opening, with correct storage, your Hydrolat will have approximately a 3 month shelf life. 

What usages can you use for Rose Water?

• Face Mask – Soak face mask sheet or cotton wool in rose water and remove after ¾ of your mask is dried for best effects.

 

• Toner – After washing face, pat some rose water onto your face lightly. After using for consecutively a few weeks, you should see an increase in skin hydration level.

 

• Moisturiser – Mix a few drops of rose water with your moisturising cream and apply lightly over face

 

• Facial Mist – When face is feeling dry, spray some rose water using a mist sprayer onto tour face.

 

• Hair Care - Spray on hair for smoother and anti UV ray effects. Prevents hair from absorbing unpleasant odours.

 

• Spa – Add into bath tub for an aroma therapy

Although Rose Water is a natural product, gentle to your skin, it could cause allergies for people allergic to floral pollens or plants. Do a skin test before using to avoid any allergies. Otherwise, you can also dilute the rose water by adding 1:1 part of water to rose water.
