How to Use (31oz Home made yogurt)
1. Mix 31oz of milk with 1 packet of YogurBerry yogurt starter (or 1 bottle of drinking yogurt) in YogurBerry jar.
2. Pour hot water in container up to marked line.
3. Place YogurBerry Jar inside insulating housing, and add roof cover.
4. Rest about 8~10 hours for fermentation, at room temperature.
5. Leave yogurt in fridge for at least 5 hours to harden. Enjoy!
