2. If you get the wrong products or wrong version , please offer clear pictures and short videos within 2days , we  will offer the best solution

 to solve it; 

3. The product can't work well with quality problem after receiving within 7 days, we could offer replacement if it is new products; For 

used products(with scratches), we will help you repair or replace a new one(customer pay extra money for the outer shell and screen), 

We will bear the fee for returning product, and the charges for sending back to us will be on customer. 

4. We provide free maintenance for all products within 12 months, we will bear the returning fee within 1-2 months, the returned shipping cost will be on customers within 3-12 months, or sending it out with new orders; The charges for sending back to us will be on customer. 

5. All accessories products will be full inspected before shipment, warranty is two month, customer will pay if the time is due; 

6. Promotion products only offer replacement and maintenance service, refund not accepted(except sending wrong items); 

7. Artificially damaged(the broken screen ect) is out of free warranty, customers need pay freight cost and small parts cost, or we 

can send it with the new orders;
